Palmore, 71, was a welder who died after judgment. He worked in heavy industry construction from 1958 to 1985 around asbestos products. He claimed to have worked around Pittsburgh Corning's asbestos thermal insulation materials at various job sites and said that he worked at the Aerojet facility in Sacramento, Calif., for more than five years during the 1950s and 1960s.
